A Prophetic word that’s still Rhema from almost 4 years ago by Nate Johnston.

I want to prophetically help give some language to what you may be experiencing in your journey right now and give a timeline for some of the processes.

THE KING TIDE & THE SPRING

In the last week or so I have felt such a strong sense that something is brewing and coming.

The words that keep coming out of my spirit are “The tide is turning, the tide of the battle is turning, the tide of the new era is here, there is a King tide rolling in!”

I was in worship earlier in the week when I had a series of visions.

In the first vision I was in a vast wasteland as far as I could see.

Then I said, “Lord what is the purpose of this?”

I could sense the misery people had experienced when they had visited this place.

This was the wilderness of the last few years and the drought we have experienced.

“Then Israel sang this song: “Spring up, O well!” numbers 21:17

Then I saw something in the distance, so I looked and the Lord let me see it.

It was a spring bursting out of the ground that was causing the land around it to slowly grow new life.

This was the ‘springs in the wasteland’ from Isaiah 43:19.

“See, I am doing a new thing!

Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?

I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland”

As I was looking at this spring, I heard these words in my spirit “We haven’t seen the glory yet but it’s coming!” This of course comes from Roman’s 8:18.

“I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us”.

The sense I keep getting is that what we are about to see unfold is not like anything we have previously had on our radar or seen before.

We have talked about this for years - a new wine outpouring season - but I sense it in my spirit, it is upon us!

THE SHIPWRECK & THE HOLDING PATTERN

Let me ask you, do you feel like you are in a holding pattern right now?

Does it feel like you are a sitting duck unable to move in any direction?

We have been in a time of closure and a heart reset and refresh, all so we are ready for what God wants to do next.

In the next vision I saw a shipwreck sitting in a shallow cove.

People were crowding around it, crying and grieving, because the ship was no longer seaworthy or in use.

I knew this represented the movements and ministries of the past; and the season that was coming to an end.

These people just couldn’t let go of the ship, trying to salvage what they could of it instead of letting it be.

I thought “There is an assignment of the enemy to keep them in bondage to the old thing!”

We are in a time where God is expiring what is no longer conducive, what doesn’t carry His glory, and also what has been compromised.

The receding waters season has felt long and has exposed so much of what has been hidden in the past seasons.

This hasn’t just been a changing of the guard season.

This has been a complete purging of the old wineskin that can no longer sustain what God is wanting to pour out.

But this exposure is not for the sake of condemning anyone but for the sake of preparing for what’s coming.

There is about to be a dramatic shift from RESET to RELEASE.

THE CRUISE-SHIP: NEW MOVEMENTS BUILT FOR A NEW ERA

Then in the same vision, I noticed that a large cruise ship was sitting at a dock not far away.

It was brand new and ready for her maiden voyage, but the people still could not see it.

I knew this ship was the new thing God was doing in us; birthing through us movements that would sail the new seas that were surging in.

Right now, movements and ministries around the earth have never been through a more intense shaking and rebirthing.

Empires have been falling so God can rebirth them with the heart they began with.

Just like a new ship, there are new names and mandates being handed out.

They are carrying fresh vision and a fresh anointing for the hour.

The sobering message in this is that unless we forfeit the old vessel - no matter how amazing it has been and how many memories we have in it - we may miss out on what is coming.

The movements that don’t MOVE with the new flow will just become museums. Services talking about what God did but not experiencing it in the present. We need to move with the ark!

These new moments are right now in metamorphosis.

It’s that awkward buck teeth and freckles stage of development as many try to figure out what it looks like, sounds like, and what it will be about.

It’s a process of surrendering after feeling so comfortable in a pocket, but there’s so much fruit ready to come from stepping into this unknown.

THE WAR ON YOUR CLOSURE

This is why you are a threat to the enemy right now, and why it has felt you have been in a never-ending battle of demonic opposition all year.

There has been a war on this season of heart surgery and closure, we have been in.

The enemy does not like seeing us in the crucible because he knows when we emerge, we are dangerous.

There has been a war taking place as people have been in a crossover season and the changing of the guard.

He doesn’t want to see you free from the past season - he wants you tied to it, stuck to it, and in bondage.

Many have been hanging up their boots for the last season and handing over their jacket, car, and keys, and then been met with an opposition they didn’t expect.

It’s the opposition to growth and promotion God is leading you into that the enemy is afraid of, so he has pulled out every weapon he has in his arsenal to keep you stuck in a repeating loop.

The enemy wants to keep you stuck in the hallway between what you have left at the cross and the new day dawning.

He wants to keep you in the brokenness of the shipwreck you left behind and never step onto the new ship being prepared for you.

The enemy is afraid of your movement and what you carry for this next season of time.

He is afraid of you unshackled from the religious systems of your last season.

He is afraid of the anointing that has only increased through the trials and pressing of the last 7 years.

He is afraid that you’ll move into your new destiny door and never fall for his tricks the next time he tries to play them.

And he is afraid you’ll bring freedom to others along the way.

I feel the Lord saying that the tide of this battle has turned, because the King tide is rolling in!

The very thing the enemy has feared is here, and the very thing you lost hope that you would see.

NOTHING can stop what God is doing right now.

You may feel warred on every side, pressed, persecuted, and backed into a corner but God is moving in your life in ways you can’t see yet but soon will.

Closure is happening, and a new beginning in heart, environment, and mission is already underway.

For all the taunts and constant attacks, NOTHING has been held back or prevented that God promised.

Delayed, diverted for a time, but not destroyed...

The tide is coming.

In a dream many months ago, I saw a timeline where there were three seven-year cycles that connected to one another, from 2015 through till 2036.

Each of these periods of time were crucial for the body of Christ and each were eras of grace for certain functions, assignments, and roles.

Each of these cycles had their own pioneering purpose and mandate from heaven.

With a seven-year cycle - ending in Rosh Hashanah this year - the next three months are more important than you think; in terms of finalizing and bringing closure to the last season as we enter the next cycle.

So, with that said, here are a few prophetic processes you may go through, and I want to highlight them, so you recognize them when they appear.

God changing your role, office, or capacity.

In the natural this can be job changes or even just life shifting in a different direction.

In the spirit this is all about God giving you the oil/anointing you need for the next season. It’s the fresh mantling.

God dealing with your fatigue, trauma, and depletion/toll from the last season: It will come to the surface so you can step into refreshing.

Full circle situations: You’ll find yourself strangely in scenarios and locations where God is getting you to tie up the season by revisiting the beginning. It’s a closure thing.

God dealing with unmet expectations and disappointments.

God asking you to end unhealthily alignments and connections, that are keeping the doors open and letting all the bugs in. You know who and what I mean.

This is a very important one — Dealing with the spiritual assignments that have been after your voice and destiny: It’s time to bring closure by confronting them head on.

Breaking generational holds, control, and ownership.

God surfacing old religious abuses and wounds and bringing complete healing so you can move on.

This is going to be a time of powerful confrontations with bullying situations where God shuts the door for good.

God bringing vindication and healing to moments of dishonor and betrayal.

God asking you to change your plans for His: You may be already in this process, but if not, God will ask you to choose His way over your idea of the way forward.

Entering a new rest: The hustle and upkeep of your busy season won’t be able to compete with the overwhelming sense you are meant to slow down and find the new rhythm of the Spirit.

Entering a space of creative freedom you haven’t felt in years.

Landing the plane that has been circling/life in limbo, in-between big decisions and needing clarity: God is going to bring all the up in the air pieces down.

Look for instructions and direction: The confusion has been part of the assignment against you but press in for clear instructions.

Entering a space of creative freedom you haven’t felt in years.

A time of fresh baptism of fire and intimacy with the Lord.

A time of dreaming again and re-visioning.

God restoring the years that the locust has eaten: I feel this especially in health, joy, and finances.

Beginning to speak a new language, themes, and messages God is preparing for you to carry.

Lastly, I will say, If you need to make a huge foundational shift in your life, ministry, or family - do it!
