Anointing Oil

Metanoia, in the biblical sense, is about a complete transformation!

into the image of who God is.

It is defined as "a mighty change of mind, heart, and life that -

can only be brought about by the Spirit of God."

The Greek word for "repentance" is "metanoia,"

which means a change of mind or a change of heart.

In Hebrew, the word for "repentance" is "teshuvah,"

which also conveys the idea of turning or returning.

In our culture today The religious spirt points the finger and judges the pre-bride or bride and says you need to repent you sinner, your dirty, shame on yourself! It puts shame in your soul and tempts you to be self sufficient to do holy things and muster up change. The focus is self.

But Metanoia is an invite,

come to the waters,

you belong,

come and be family, welcome home,

come to the river

and be baptized!

And once one takes the first step in that direction,

hope deferred breaks,

and a fresh anointing comes over you and it’s filled with love and it’s the only

motion that ignites heaven and heaven throws a party and celebrates you!

whether its receiving Jesus for the first time or it’s a new conversion of sweet surrender!

Hope deferred makes the heart sick but a desire fulfilled is a tree of life!
