Application of anointing oil a lil on forehead and preferably just below ones belly button holding your hand there as you release this decree prayer or you can put oil on their hand and then put your hand over there hand. Make sure there is someone behind them or a chair or pillow for the greater of one’s inner pain, the stronger and more potent the anointing. Feel free to add to the prayer as Holy Spirit leads you. If praying for a male, use their hand and alter prayer at will.
